Daily Market Updates.

What this is

Daily Market Updates is an automated financial news publication. Market data, news briefs, section articles, and the daily recap are generated by software on a continuous schedule, not written by a newsroom staff.

The site exists to be one place to check what happened today across US and global stocks, bonds, forex, commodities, crypto, real estate, and insurance, with data and news updated around the clock.

It is published and supervised by Sunny, who built the pipeline, sets its editorial rules, reviews its output, and is accountable for what appears on this site.

How it works

A data collector pulls prices, yields, technicals, and calendars directly from primary and public sources on a recurring schedule: the Federal Reserve, FRED, SEC EDGAR filings, the U.S. Energy Information Administration, Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, and dozens of news feeds from named outlets.

A language model turns that data into the daily recap, section articles, and news briefs. It is instructed to use only the figures in the data it is given, to attribute every news source by name, and to reject stories with no genuine financial or market relevance.

Every draft passes through automated checks before publishing: internal links must resolve, duplicate stories are detected and merged, and specific style rules (plain language, no fabricated numbers) are enforced mechanically, not just by instruction. A separate automated audit samples published briefs daily, grades them against these rules, and writes a report for the publisher's review.

Corrections

Automated writing can make mistakes, and this site treats that as a certainty to manage rather than a possibility to deny. When an error in a published brief or article is found, by our own daily audit or by a reader, the item is corrected or removed, and material corrections are noted on the affected page.

Found an error? A direct contact channel is coming with the newsletter launch. Until then, corrections found by the daily automated audit are handled as described above.

What this means for you

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, insurance, or tax advice. It is informational coverage of public market data and public news.

Market data reflects the most recent update cycle and may lag live prices; always verify a number before acting on it.
