Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address goes to Beehiiv, the newsletter platform that stores the list and sends the emails, under Beehiiv's privacy policy. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Local storage: the site remembers your light/dark theme choice in your own browser's storage. That preference never leaves your device.
