Housing-linked names brace for another earnings batch

The property and mortgage side of the market stays in earnings mode while rate pressure remains in view.

The broader real estate trade is under pressure, with the Real Estate sector down 0.9% and XLRE-style exposure not included in the provided ETF list. MUB also slips 0.1%, while higher Treasury yields keep the rate backdrop front and center.

HousingWire's headlines point to a busy tape for the group: Blend reports stronger Q2 results on software growth, Rocket gains purchase and refi share in Q2, and UWM pays up for capital as it resets leverage targets.

There is also a fresh list of Q2 2026 earnings for publicly traded mortgage, real estate, and homebuilder companies. That keeps this corner of the market data-heavy over the next stretch.

The bigger macro message is still rates. The 10-year Treasury ends at 4.67%, and the 30-year at 5.213%, levels that tend to keep a lid on rate-sensitive assets.
