Big funds track the same split as the broader market
Equity funds slide, bond funds drift lower, and gold funds catch a bid.
The major stock funds are all lower. VFIAX falls 0.58%, VTSAX drops 0.58%, FXAIX loses 0.58%, and VTI slips 0.54%. QQQ holds up better than the broad market but still declines 0.29%, while DIA drops 0.75%.
Bonds do not offer much of a cushion. VBTLX falls 0.11%, TLT loses 0.57%, and VWELX slips 0.21%.
Gold exposure is the relative bright spot. GLD rises 0.91% to 403.35, matching the metal’s 1.17% gain in the commodity market.
