Index funds track the broader rally
U.S. stock funds finish higher, while bond funds and gold lag.
U.S. equity funds mirror the day’s risk-on tone. VFIAX rises 0.7%, VTSAX gains 0.8%, and FXAIX adds 0.5%.
Mixed-asset funds also hold up. VWELX rises 0.5% to 46.92.
Bond funds stay under pressure. VBTLX falls 0.2% to 9.22, while TLT loses 0.5% to 77.11.
Gold exposure softens too. GLD slips 0.2% to 379.55 and stays below both its 50-day and 200-day averages.
