Housing payments rise for first time in eight months as prices peak
The median U.S. housing payment increased year over year for the first time since October, during the four weeks ending June 28, alongside higher home prices and mortgage rates.
Redfin News reports that the median U.S. housing payment recorded its first year-over-year increase since October during the four weeks ending June 28 as home prices and mortgage rates rose.
The outlet also said pending home sales edged up 0.4% week over week.
