Capital One offers up to $500 in travel credits on Spark cards

The bonus travel credits are tied to early spending thresholds, $30,000 for Spark Cash Plus and $10,000 for Spark Cash within the first three months.

Capital One is running a limited-time promotion for holders of its Capital One Spark Cash Plus and Capital One Spark Cash business credit cards, offering travel credits that can be used for trips booked through Capital One Business Travel, according to Yahoo Finance.

Under the offer, Spark Cash Plus cardholders can earn a $500 Capital One Business Travel credit after spending $30,000 in the first three months, while Spark Cash cardholders can earn a $250 travel credit after spending $10,000 in the first three months.

The promotion is designed to stack with the cards' regular welcome bonuses, with the Spark Cash Plus described as offering $2,000 cash back and a $500 Business Travel credit for meeting the early spending requirement, and the Spark Cash described as offering $1,000 cash back and a $250 Business Travel credit.

The travel credit can be redeemed for flights, hotels, and other travel items booked via Capital One Business Travel, the outlet said, and both cards are positioned as cash back business cards that also earn 2% cash back on every purchase, plus 5% cash back on hotels and rental cars booked through the Capital One travel channel.
