Iron Mountain set to report Q2 2026 earnings Aug. 5

Analysts project FFO of $1.28 per share for the quarter, up sharply from the year-ago level.

Iron Mountain Inc. is expected to announce fiscal second-quarter 2026 earnings before the market opens on Wednesday, Aug. 5, according to Yahoo Finance. The Portsmouth, New Hampshire-based company provides records management, data management solutions, and information destruction services.

Ahead of the release, analysts expect Iron Mountain to report FFO of $1.28 per share on a diluted basis, up 166.7% from $0.48 per share in the year-ago quarter. For the full year, consensus calls for FFO of $5.40 per share, which would be up 154.7% from $2.12 per share in fiscal 2025.

The outlook also includes a projected 10.6% year-over-year rise in FFO to $5.97 per share in fiscal 2027. Yahoo Finance also notes Iron Mountain has surpassed Wall Street’s FFO estimates in each of its last four quarterly reports.

Iron Mountain stock has outperformed broader benchmarks over the past year, with the shares gaining 23.8% over 52 weeks versus 20.3% for the S&P 500, and outperforming the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF by 8.9% over the same period, Yahoo Finance reported. For its most recent reported period, the company’s Q1 results included revenue of $1.9 billion, up 21.5% year over year, and AFFO per share up 22.2% year over year to $1.43.
