Aastha Spintex to consider 1:1 bonus shares and final dividend on July 23

The proposed bonus, up to 1 new share for every 1 held, would be funded by capitalizing free reserves, and the final dividend could be up to 100% of the ₹10 face value for FY26.

Aastha Spintex said its board will meet on Thursday, 23 July, to consider a 1:1 bonus issue and a final dividend for shareholders.

The company proposed issuing fully paid-up bonus shares to existing shareholders on a ratio of up to one new equity share for every one share currently held. The bonus would be approved through capitalization of the firm’s free reserves, with no fresh funds raised.

Aastha Spintex also plans to evaluate declaring a final dividend of up to 100% on the face value of ₹10 per share for FY26, which would translate into a dividend of up to ₹10 per equity share. The company linked the shareholder return to using reserves and surplus.

In its investor materials, Aastha Spintex said it expects to more than double its spinning capacity after acquiring Falcon Yarns, from 7,700 MT to 17,457 MT, and spindle capacity from 25,920 to 61,824. It also noted Falcon Yarns was paid in three tranches, with ₹20 crore already paid before the IPO, and that the balance is pending due to procedural formalities.
