SBI Mutual Fund cuts stake in Rallis India to 7.12%
The fund sold 2,10,237 shares on 17 July, after which Rallis India reported a 31% year on year rise in Q1 net profit to ₹125 crore.
LiveMint Markets reports that SBI Mutual Fund reduced its stake in Rallis India by selling 2,10,237 equity shares in a market transaction on 17 July 2026.
Following the sale, SBI Mutual Fund's holding fell from 9.1667% to 7.1241%, or 1,38,54,108 equity shares, according to a disclosure.
Rallis India posted a 31% year on year increase in net profit to ₹125 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, supported by higher revenue and improved operational performance.
The Tata Group company also reported total income of ₹1,035 crore for the first quarter of FY27, up from ₹969 crore a year earlier, while the shares slipped more than 4% on 21 July on the BSE.
