Xtranet Technologies IPO opens July 23, to run until July 27
The ₹167 crore IPO is a pure fresh issue with no offer-for-sale, and proceeds will be used to repay borrowings, fund systems and hardware capex, and cover working capital needs.
Xtranet Technologies is set to launch its initial public offering on Thursday, July 23, with the bidding window closing on July 27. The offering is valued at about ₹167 crore, and the company will list 1.31 crore equity shares in what is described as a pure fresh issue.
According to the RHP cited by LiveMint Markets, the IPO includes no offer-for-sale component, meaning all net proceeds will go directly to the company. The book running lead manager is Share India Capital Services Pvt. Ltd., and the registrar of the issue is Kfin Technologies Ltd.
The company reported that in FY26, total income rose 32% year-on-year to ₹366.01 crore, while profit after tax increased 36% to ₹40.73 crore. EBITDA climbed to ₹63.18 crore from ₹47.20 crore in FY25.
Xtranet Technologies plans to use IPO proceeds to repay or prepay certain outstanding borrowings, finance capital expenditure for systems and hardware, meet working capital requirements, and support general corporate purposes. LiveMint Markets also notes the company partially relies on government and PSU client orders, with a large share of revenue recognized from those customers in FY26, FY25, and FY24.
