Astera Labs jumps as AI infrastructure spending worries ease

Astera Labs shares closed July 21 at $319.79, after gaining 178.2% over the past 52 weeks.

Polen Capital highlighted Astera Labs as part of its Polen 5Perspectives Small-Mid Growth strategy, noting that the company is positioned to benefit from accelerating AI infrastructure spending.

According to Yahoo Finance, the strategy’s Q2 2026 investor letter said SMID-cap growth stocks delivered one of their strongest quarterly performances in decades as concerns about economic growth, trade policy, and the durability of AI investment eased. The firm pointed to continued investment by hyperscalers and enterprise customers as a factor supporting confidence in the AI infrastructure cycle.

Astera Labs designs, manufactures, and sells semiconductor-based connectivity solutions for cloud and AI infrastructure. The stock was up more than 250% during the quarter, with investors rewarding companies viewed as key beneficiaries of the AI infrastructure buildout.

The outlet also reported Astera Labs closed at $319.79 per share on July 21, 2026. The company has a $54.81 billion market capitalization and a 52-week trading range of $97.89 to $499.48.
