Pershing Square Holdings has appointed Ranjani Kearsley as an independent non-executive director, according to a report by ArtemisBM as cited by Hedgeweek.

Hedgeweek said Kearsley is an investment executive at B-FLEXION and also serves as a board member of Twelve Securis.

The move adds to Pershing Square Holdings board leadership as the investment vehicle associated with Bill Ackman continues to refine its governance structure.
