WSJ Markets reports that Florida-based data center operator TECfusions plans to become a public company through a merger in a SPAC deal valued at $4 billion.

The company hosts one of the largest AMD-based AI training clusters in North America and is set to combine with Apex Treasury, which is listed in New York.
