IBM keeps free cash flow growth outlook after lowering revenue guidance
The company still expects free cash flow to rise by about $1 billion in 2026, even after cutting its revenue outlook, MarketWatch reports.
IBM lowered its guidance for revenue, but it maintained an outlook for free cash flow growth, according to MarketWatch.
Even with the revised revenue expectations, IBM continues to project that free cash flow will increase by about $1 billion in 2026, the outlet said.
Analysts cited by MarketWatch framed the update as a call for execution, given that the cash flow target was left intact despite the guidance change.
