Aurionpro Solutions shares fall about 12% after June quarter results

Revenue rose year on year to ₹358 crore, but EBITDA fell 9.1% and the EBITDA margin shrank 300 basis points to 17.2%, despite new deal wins.

Shares of Aurionpro Solutions slid nearly 12.3% on Tuesday, July 28, falling to ₹733.50 after the company reported results for the June quarter (Q1 FY27), a move investors tied to weaker profitability.

LiveMint Markets said revenue increased to ₹358 crore, up 6.3% year on year and 3.6% sequentially, but EBITDA declined 9.1% to ₹61 crore and the EBITDA margin contracted by 300 basis points to 17.2% as net profit (PAT) fell 12.6% year on year to ₹45 crore.

The company also reported margin pressure alongside business activity, adding 23 new customer logos during the quarter. Its Banking and Fintech segment revenue grew 4.7% year on year to ₹201 crore, while the Technology Innovation Group rose 8.4% to ₹157 crore.

Aurionpro said it secured a three-year U.S. contract worth more than USD 33 million with a digital insurance payments platform, along with a six-year deal with Ujjivan Small Finance Bank to implement its iCashpro+ integrated transaction banking platform. The Group CEO, Ashish Rai, attributed the quarterly performance to disciplined execution with improving conversion, but noted transient factors including seasonality, higher input costs from supply chain disruptions, timing shifts, and geopolitical disruptions in the Middle East and Africa, with expectations that effects normalize over the next one to two quarters.
