Sandisk slips slightly ahead of fiscal fourth-quarter earnings
Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $34.37 on revenue of $8.64 billion, with gross margin forecast at 81.5%.
Sandisk shares edged lower on Wednesday as investors awaited the flash memory and storage company’s fiscal fourth-quarter results for signals on whether demand tied to AI infrastructure spending is staying strong, according to Yahoo Finance.
Wall Street consensus estimates call for adjusted earnings per share of $34.37 on revenue of $8.64 billion, plus an adjusted gross margin of 81.5%. For Sandisk’s fiscal first-quarter guidance, analysts expect revenue of $11.16 billion, adjusted EPS of $45.58, and gross margin of 83.6%.
Yahoo Finance also pointed to data suggesting Sandisk’s fiscal third-quarter revenue nearly doubled versus the prior three-month period, driven by increased memory and storage demand as AI-related buildouts accelerated.
Sandisk, which spun off from Western Digital in February 2025, has gained sharply this year, with the outlet citing a near 490% year-to-date rise and noting it has mostly “Buy” ratings from analysts, alongside no Sells.
