A10 Networks lifts 2026 guidance after AI security demand growth

The company raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to 12% to 14% from 10% to 12%, and increased EPS growth to 14% to 16% from 12% to 14%.

A10 Networks reported 15% revenue growth in Q2, its fourth consecutive double-digit growth quarter over the last five quarters, citing demand linked to integrated security and traffic management in AI environments, according to a summary of the company’s earnings call published by Yahoo Finance.

The company said it expanded its strategic relationship with Microsoft through a long-term agreement with mutual performance commitments. It also highlighted how AI is changing network requirements across enterprise and service providers, enabling A10 to use a single architecture and operating model across both segments.

A10 described its acquisition of Troj.ai as a way to integrate AI security layers, including red teaming and real-time protection, to support governance and vulnerability testing needs in agentic workflows. It added that operating discipline helped drive EPS growth that exceeded revenue growth despite supply chain cost and delivery challenges.

For its outlook, A10 increased full-year 2026 revenue guidance to 12% to 14% and EPS growth to 14% to 16%, up from prior ranges. It projected full-year free cash flow to rise year over year from approximately $65 million generated in 2025, while expecting revenue concentration to remain elevated and anticipating ongoing memory and supply chain constraints.
