On Holding earnings spotlighted as Wall Street watches growth signals
The running sneaker brand’s stock has traded in the $35 to $37 range since late March, following a leadership reshuffle and ahead of its second quarter report next week.
On Holding AG is set to report second quarter earnings on Tuesday, and investors are focused on what the results signal for the brand’s topline growth after a period of leadership changes and market reassessments, according to Yahoo Finance.
Shares of On began 2026 in the $47 to $50 range, but the stock has stayed within $35 to $37 since late March, when the company disclosed that former CEO Martin Hoffman would step down from the top post in May as part of a planned hiatus to pursue philanthropic interests.
The leadership update followed the earlier departure of co-CEO Marc Maurer a year earlier, with On’s cofounders David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti taking on co-CEO roles and Scott Maguire promoted to president and chief operating officer.
Analysts cited mixed views ahead of the report. Jefferies equity analyst Randal Konik said the CEO moves are notable for a company that sees itself early in its growth, and he expected growth to slow, particularly in the Americas business, while noting the company’s market could be smaller than some assume. Yahoo Finance also cited UBS analyst Jay Sole saying On could deliver a second quarter sales beat, but he characterized sentiment around the CEO change as bearish and noted investors have lingering negative sentiment.
