Former hedge fund CFO pleads guilty to $3m embezzlement scheme
Hedgeweek reports that the former chief financial officer of a Miami Beach-based hedge fund has pleaded guilty to securities fraud tied to an embezzlement scheme.
According to the report, the CFO admitted stealing more than $3 million from his employer over a four-year period.
