Goldman Sachs to buy Neos Investments, expanding its ETF business
The acquisition adds another ETF-focused asset manager to Goldman Sachs' fast-growing funds platform.
Goldman Sachs announced it has agreed to buy Neos Investments, according to MarketWatch.
The deal would add yet another ETF shop to Goldman's growing asset-management business, as ETF providers and distributors continue to scale up on Wall Street.
