Nebius shares jump nearly 34% after Q2 revenue surges

Q2 revenue rose to $582.3 million, up 454% year over year, while annualized ARR reached $3.0 billion as the company reaffirmed 2026 revenue guidance.

Nebius Group shares surged nearly 34% on Aug. 12 after it reported second-quarter results that showed rapid expansion in its AI cloud business, according to MarketBeat Ratings.

Nebius posted Q2 revenue of $582.3 million, up 454% year over year and 46% from the prior quarter. Revenue from its core Nebius AI cloud business grew more than 500% year over year to $574.9 million, and it represented about 98% of total group revenue.

The company reported a per-share loss of 12 cents, better than analysts had modeled for a 67-cent loss, and it generated $236 million in positive adjusted EBITDA. Annualized run-rate revenue, or ARR, reached $3.0 billion at the end of June, up 598% year over year and 56% from $1.9 billion at the end of March.

Nebius reaffirmed full-year 2026 guidance of $3.0 billion to $3.4 billion in revenue and a $7 billion to $9 billion ARR target. The firm also raised its year-end contracted power target to 5 gigawatts and said it expects to hold back some capacity to pursue higher-priced, shorter-duration deals.
