IceCure Medical reports Q2 growth and expands US presence after FDA clearance

The company said it is on track to meet an FDA requirement of 80 CHOICE study patients by March 2027, with first CHOICE enrollment expected in 3 to 4 weeks.

IceCure Medical Ltd. reported Q2 2026 results highlighted by revenue growth of approximately 45%, driven by higher system sales and increased utilization of disposable probes, according to a Yahoo Finance earnings call summary.

The company attributed its expansion in the US to about 70% growth in its commercial footprint after FDA clearance for early-stage low-risk breast cancer, and it said gross margin improved to 30% on increased scale and operating leverage, partially offset by unfavorable foreign exchange moves.

Management described a self-reinforcing cycle linking commercial adoption with real-world clinical evidence generation from its CHOICE study, and it pointed to inclusion of ProSense in the American Society of Breast Surgeons Resource Guide and efforts toward cryoablation being reflected in NCCN guidelines.

IceCure also said it expects a near-term CHOICE milestone with first patient enrollment in the next 3 to 4 weeks, while planning to reach 80 treated patients by March 2027, and it reported a cash position of approximately $12 million to support commercial expansion and clinical and reimbursement initiatives.
