Amphenol shares rise on AI infrastructure-driven sales growth

In Q2 FY2026, the company reported 55% year-over-year net sales growth to $8.76 billion, alongside a book-to-bill of 1.23x.

Amphenol Corporation, a maker of electrical, electronic, and fiber-optic connectivity products, said demand tied to AI infrastructure helped lift results in its latest quarter, according to Yahoo Finance.

For Q2 FY2026, Amphenol reported consolidated net sales up 55% year over year to $8.76 billion, led by IT datacom with 63% organic growth. The company also increased its adjusted operating margin to 29.8%, up 4.2 percentage points.

Amphenol reported total orders of $10.7 billion, up 94% year over year, which pushed its book-to-bill ratio to 1.23x. Management forecast Q3 FY2026 sales of $9.3 billion to $9.4 billion, implying 50% to 52% growth, the outlet said.
