Birkenstock shares jump after fiscal 2026 Q3 revenue beat
Birkenstock lifted its full-year guidance after fiscal 2026 third-quarter revenue came in stronger than expected, even as it reported a slight earnings miss.
Birkenstock Holding plc shares rose 11.59% on Aug. 13 after the German footwear maker reported fiscal 2026 third-quarter results, including revenue that beat expectations and solid online growth, according to Yahoo Finance.
The outlet said management also showed enough confidence to raise its full-year guidance, despite the company posting a slight earnings miss. Investors appeared to focus more on the revenue and outlook than the earnings shortfall.
Yahoo Finance added that the latest results point to resilient demand for Birkenstock's premium sandals, even as consumers remain cautious with discretionary spending.
The piece also noted Birkenstock went public in October 2023 and is valued at $7.54 billion by market capitalization, while the stock is down 18.7% over the past year and down 3.8% to date.
