Corpay posts record Q2, raises 2026 revenue and cash EPS guidance

Corpay raised full-year revenue guidance to $5.31 billion at the midpoint and expects to deploy about $15 billion of available capital for buybacks or acquisitions.

Corpay Inc. (NYSE: CPAY) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.34 billion, up 21% year over year and above expectations, while cash earnings per share reached $7.00, up 36% and a record for the company.

In the same quarter, Corpay cited 10% organic revenue growth, driven by 16% growth in Corporate Payments and 8% growth in Vehicle Payments. The company also reported 93% retention, 30% year-over-year growth in new bookings, and same-store sales turning positive at 1%.

Corpay said recent transactions supported the quarter, including the Alpha acquisition and the Avid investment, which added $0.39 to cash EPS. Alpha integration was more than 80% complete, with corporate volume moved onto Corpay’s global platform, while Avid sales grew more than 30% and doubled its EBITDA to a record level.

Despite the strong results, Yahoo Finance noted a $100 million settlement charge tied to an FTC matter, and higher operating costs excluding certain items. Corpay also raised full-year 2026 guidance to $5.31 billion in revenue at the midpoint and lifted cash EPS guidance to $27.35, while planning divestiture of Epics expected to close between September and October and expects the sale to reduce revenue by about $40 million.
