Embraer lifts 2026 free cash flow floor to at least $400M
The company also reported record Q2 revenue of $2.24 billion and raised its 2026 adjusted EBIT margin outlook to as high as 10.6% after doubling its adjusted free cash flow floor excluding Eve.
Embraer S.A. lifted its adjusted free cash flow floor excluding Eve to at least $400 million for 2026, up from at least $200 million, as it reported a record second-quarter with revenue of $2.24 billion, up 23% year over year in U.S. dollar terms, according to Yahoo Finance.
The company raised its 2026 adjusted EBIT margin outlook to 10.0% to 10.6%, from a prior range of 8.7% to 9.3%, and said the market initially responded positively to the update, with its New York-listed ADS up as much as 9.2% on August 10 before the gain narrowed to 1.1% at $73.80 by the close.
Yahoo Finance also highlighted that Embraer’s improvement shows up across all four core businesses, with Executive Aviation revenue rising 32% to $725 million, Defense & Security up 38% to $304 million, Services & Support up 24% to $565 million, and Commercial Aviation up 8% to $625 million.
The article pointed to demand visibility as well, noting total backlog reached a seventh consecutive record of $34.5 billion, up 16% from a year earlier, and that the trailing 12-month consolidated book-to-bill ratio was 1.6 times.
