Texas Pacific Land Trust highlights oil, gas royalties and land sales

Benzinga describes Texas Pacific Land Trust as one of Texas’ largest landowners, with revenue tied to oil and gas royalties, easements, commercial leases, material sales and land sales.
The outlet also says the company provides water services, including water sourcing, water treatment, infrastructure development, water disposal and water tracking.
Benzinga notes the landowner has a $3.9 billion market cap, EPS of 25.83, an annual dividend yield of $10 per share, and trades more than 32,500 shares per day.
It adds that Texas Pacific Land Trust generated $490 million in 2019 revenue.
