Kalshi seeks to launch US500 perpetual contract tied to equity index
Kalshi is seeking to launch a perpetual contract tied to an equity index, according to a regulatory filing cited by CNBC Finance.
The proposed contract would be linked to the MerQube U.S. Large Cap Index, and would be identified as a US500 perp.
CNBC Finance reports that the move is part of Kalshi expanding its offerings as it enters territory traditionally served by established exchanges.
