Quantexa weighs multibillion-dollar IPO in UK or US
Quantexa, which has been “IPO-ready” since January, says a U.S. listing could offer a deeper pool of capital and potentially higher valuation than the UK.
British AI company Quantexa is considering a multibillion-dollar stock market listing in either Britain or the United States, its chief executive told Reuters.
Vishal Marria said the company has not decided when it would pursue an IPO and could remain privately held, adding that Quantexa has been “IPO-ready” since January.
Marria argued that a U.S. listing would provide a deeper pool of capital and the potential for a higher valuation than a UK listing.
Quantexa, founded in 2016, sells AI software used by organisations including financial institutions, healthcare providers, and government agencies to organize and analyze large volumes of data, including for fraud detection and financial crime prevention.
