AIR Global grows first-half revenue and gross profit while maintaining 2026 guidance
Revenue rose 3.7% to $206.9 million, helped by flavored shisha molasses sales growth, while the company cited U.S. tariff refunds and stable adjusted EBITDA of $71.7 million.
AIR Global PLC reported first-half results showing revenue growth of 3.7% to $206.9 million and gross profit up 2.4% to $116.8 million, according to Yahoo Finance. The company attributed revenue gains to flavored shisha molasses revenue increasing 3.4% to $204.7 million.
The company said adjusted EBITDA was $71.7 million, flat year over year. It pointed to lower shipment volumes being partially offset by U.S. tariff refunds.
For its 2026 fiscal outlook, AIR Global expects revenue growth between 4% and 6%, low- to mid-single-digit adjusted EBITDA growth, and stable shipment volumes versus the prior year. The company also linked its resilience to brands and organizational culture.
AIR Global CEO Stuart Brazier said performance during the first half reflected the business's durability amid major disruption, including the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, a route the company said has historically carried about 70% of its shipment volumes.
