Credent Connect N Care shares surge after NSE SME debut
The stock listed at ₹359.10, about 90% above the ₹189 issue price, and quickly climbed to an upper circuit of ₹377.05.
Credent Connect N Care, a healthcare services provider backed by Ashish Kacholia, made a strong debut on the NSE SME on Thursday, 20 August, with shares opening at ₹359.10 versus an ₹189 issue price.
That initial listing reflected a 90% premium, and the stock extended gains soon after to hit its upper circuit at ₹377.05, which was nearly double the offer price.
LiveMint Markets also noted that grey market expectations were exceeded, with a grey market premium of ₹92 on Thursday morning implying a potential listing around ₹281, or a 48.68% premium over the issue price.
The company describes its business as integrated logistics, workforce solutions, and technology-enabled support for healthcare institutions across India, and reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹214.16 crore and profit attributable to parent equity shareholders of ₹18.45 crore for FY26.
