Dell sets record revenue as AI server sales surge
Dell reported record $43.8 billion revenue in fiscal Q1 2027, including $16.1 billion in AI server revenue, and plans to report again on Sept. 3.
Dell reported record revenue and a sharp jump in earnings power, driven by strong AI server demand, according to Yahoo Finance. In its first-quarter fiscal 2027 earnings report, Dell posted $43.8 billion in revenue, an 88% year-over-year increase. The company also reported $16.1 billion in AI server revenue and non-GAAP per-share earnings of $4.86, up 214% year over year. Dell said it returned $2.1 billion to shareholders through repurchases and dividends. Dell is scheduled to report again on Sept. 3. The report also cited that Dell shares were up 281% so far this year, alongside data indicating heavy institutional inflows, with the stock up 126.3% since an institutional outlier inflow signal on April 21.
