PepsiCo dividend grows to $5.92 per share as cash flow improves
PepsiCo raised its annual dividend by 4% in 2026 and reported $2.4 billion in operating cash flow in the first 24 weeks, up from $1.0 billion a year earlier.
PepsiCo boosted its shareholder payout in 2026, increasing its annual dividend by 4% to $5.92 per share, marking its 54th consecutive year of dividend growth, according to analysis by Yahoo Finance.
The quarterly dividend now stands at $1.48 per share, which at around $141 a share translates to a forward yield of roughly 4.2%. The focus, however, is whether the company can sustain that level of cash return as investors look for signs of renewed momentum.
Yahoo Finance pointed to cash flow improvements, saying PepsiCo generated $2.4 billion in operating cash flow during the first 24 weeks of 2026, up from $1.0 billion in the same period a year earlier.
For full-year 2026, PepsiCo is targeting free-cash-flow conversion of at least 80% and expects to return about $8.9 billion to shareholders, including roughly $7.9 billion in dividends and about $1.0 billion from share repurchases, the outlet said.
