United faces delayed plans to install premium seats on 737 Max 10

United Airlines is reassessing what to do with the premium seating capacity it ordered for its Boeing 737 Max 10 fleet, after certification delays have pushed back the plan for years, according to CNBC Markets.

The airline previously aimed to retrofit its Max 10 aircraft with lie-flat premium seats once the jets were certified, but that rollout has not occurred on the schedule United expected.
