CrowdStrike shares jump after Q2 FY2027 revenue and ARR beat
CrowdStrike reported Q2 fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.47 billion, adjusted EPS of 31 cents, and raised its net new ARR outlook to between $1.35 billion and $1.359 billion.
CrowdStrike rallied after reporting Q2 fiscal 2027 results, with investors focusing on growth in recurring revenue and the companys outlook rather than a single-line earnings beat, according to MarketBeat Ratings.
The company said revenue reached $1.47 billion versus $1.44 billion expected, up 25% year over year. Adjusted EPS was 31 cents, above the 29 cents analysts expected, also rising 34% year over year.
CrowdStrike also highlighted net new annual recurring revenue, which grew 51% year over year and came in more than $45 million above the top end of its prior guidance. It raised its FY2027 net new ARR forecast to a range of $1.35 billion to $1.359 billion.
The earnings call centered on rising concern about agentic AI security risks, which CrowdStrike described as a “Mythos moment” for customers worried about rogue AI agents. In the quarter, the firm added over 935 new Falcon Flex customers, and Falcon Flex ARR was over $2.29 billion, with 51% of Flex customers using six or more modules, up from 48% in the prior-year quarter.
