QRT takes more London office space at n2 development in Victoria
The multi-strategy hedge fund is expected to occupy most of the 161,000-square-foot building after initially committing to 40,000 square feet in 2022.
Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is expanding its London presence by taking over additional office floors at the n2 development in Victoria, underscoring intensifying competition among hedge funds for high-quality workspace in the capital, according to Bloomberg as cited by Hedgeweek.
The firm has agreed to deals to take more space at the site, where it is now expected to occupy most of the 161,000-square-foot building. QRT originally committed to 40,000 square feet during construction that began in 2022, and neither QRT nor Land Securities, the building owner, reportedly commented on the arrangements.
QRT’s footprint reflects its growth since it was spun out of Credit Suisse in 2018. Hedgeweek cites the report saying the firm started with about $800 million of capital and now manages around $55 billion, based on August figures, while operating across strategies including market making and physical commodities.
Hedgeweek also notes that QRT’s Torus fund gained 18.6% during the first half of 2026, according to the report.
