Moneyview IPO draws 98.5 times subscription over 3-day bidding

Bids totaled 2,289.52 crore shares for 23.25 crore shares on offer, with non-institutional investors booked 120 times and qualified institutional buyers at 230 times.

Moneyview’s digital lending platform IPO received strong demand across investor categories during its three-day bidding window, reaching an overall subscription of 98.5 times, according to LiveMint Markets. The issue was fully subscribed on the first day, after bids came in ahead of the cutoff.

Non-institutional investors were oversubscribed at 120 times, while the qualified institutional buyers segment was booked 230 times. Retail investors’ quota was subscribed 20 times, supporting the overall subscription level.

The IPO received bids for 2,289.52 crore shares against 23.25 crore shares on offer, making it the third ₹1,000 crore issue in 2026 to clear more than 95 times subscription, the outlet said. LiveMint Markets also noted the IPO is among the best-performing ₹1,000 crore-plus deals this year, behind Bharat Coking Coal and Shiprocket, which saw subscriptions of 147 times and 99.4 times, respectively, based on Trendlyne data.
