Millennium Management hires Jain Global marketing and investor relations exec

The move follows Jain Global shifting external capital to Millennium after stopping money management for outside investors.

Millennium Management has hired Chris Mascarinas from Jain Global as part of its capital development and investor relations team in New York, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.

The appointment comes after Jain Global stopped managing money for external investors and transferred its outside capital to Millennium, while Jain Global continues to operate as a standalone business with its portfolio managers, communications team and investment operations.

Mascarinas previously joined Jain Global in November 2023 after holding investor relations roles at several investment firms, according to the report.

It remains unclear whether Jaime Hobbeheydar, Jain Global’s chief marketing and investor relations officer, will also move to Millennium, the outlet added.
