Schonfeld triples London business development team amid PM hiring push

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors has more than tripled its London business development headcount since 2022, reflecting increased investment in portfolio manager recruitment, according to a report by eFinancialCareers. Newly filed UK accounts show that Schonfeld's London workforce has expanded by 71 employees since 2022, with business development recording the strongest proportional growth across the firm. The team, responsible for identifying and recruiting portfolio managers, grew from six employees in 2022 to 20 at the end of 2025, as competition for investment talent intensified among multi-ma
