Sagility block deal: Promoter to offload 12% stake at ₹42.45 apiece; deal size ₹2,377 crore
Sagility shares may remain volatile after reports that promoter Sagility B.V. plans to sell a 12% stake for about ₹2,377 crore at ₹42.45 per share, a 5% discount. The promoter held 50.95% at September quarter-end, down from 67.38% a year earlier.
