Home sales declined in June month over month, as mortgage rates remained stubbornly high, according to CNBC Markets and CNBC Real Estate.
HousingWire reports the median sales price for existing homes climbed to a record $440,600, up 1.8% year over year and the 36th consecutive month of price increases.
