DOJ charges inmate over alleged theft of $290,000 in forfeited crypto

The Block reports the US Department of Justice has filed new charges against federal inmate Rossen Iossifov tied to an alleged theft of cryptocurrency.

According to the outlet, prosecutors accuse Iossifov of taking $290,000 in government-forfeited crypto, which the government had previously seized and kept.
