Empery Digital offloads 1,400 bitcoins to fund an AI pivot

Empery Digital sold 1,400 bitcoins as part of a funding plan tied to its shift toward artificial intelligence, according to The Block.
The outlet said the company plans to use part of the sale proceeds to take a 25% stake in an AI data center campus project.
The Block also reported that Empery Digital intends to use proceeds to help pay down its debt as it pursues the AI pivot.
