Taylor Morrison names Jeremy Hampson Jacksonville division president

Hampson, a longtime Florida homebuilding executive, will lead the division as Taylor Morrison expands six open Jacksonville communities and begins sales at Esplanade at St. Marys.

HousingWire reports that Taylor Morrison has appointed industry veteran Jeremy Hampson as president of its Jacksonville division.

Hampson previously led Freehold Capital Management’s Florida division and spent more than a decade at Toll Brothers in Jacksonville, including roles tied to project management and land acquisition.

The appointment comes as Taylor Morrison grows its six-community Jacksonville footprint and ramps up activity around its first local Esplanade resort lifestyle community, Esplanade at St. Marys.

HousingWire notes the 1,250-acre community near the Georgia-Florida border is slated for more than 1,300 single-family homes, with resort-style amenities and wellness-focused programming.
