Aon names Khun Metat Sae-Jan head of Thailand L&H reinsurance

The appointment tasks him with leading Aon’s life and health reinsurance broking practice in Thailand.

Aon has appointed Khun Metat Sae-Jan as its new Head of Life & Health, Reinsurance Solutions for Thailand, where he will lead the broker’s L&H reinsurance broking practice.

Reinsurance News reports that Sae-Jan previously worked as a Partner at XEL Advisory for nearly three years, advising insurers on approaches aimed at maximizing growth, transforming business models, and building sustainable competitive advantage.

Before that, he served as Head of Product Strategy at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd. for more than three years, including work tied to acquiring partnerships, expanding product offerings, and increasing sales of protection products.

Earlier roles included Vice President, Business Planning and Reporting at FWD Insurance, and Manager, Head of Economic Capital and Assistant Manager at AIA, and Aon said it is looking forward to the expertise and insights he will bring to clients and colleagues.
