Manalapan, Florida tops June’s most expensive U.S. home sales at $71 million

The 10 priciest homes sold in June were all above $30 million, with four transactions clearing $40 million.

Redfin reports that the most expensive U.S. home sale in June was a $71 million waterfront estate near Palm Beach, located in Manalapan, Florida.

The next-largest deal was a $47 million compound in Beverly Hills, California. Redfin says two coastal Florida properties followed, each selling for roughly $43 million, including a Palm Beach mansion and a Bal Harbour home.

Redfin’s data also shows that June’s top sales were concentrated in Florida and Southern California. The list included additional high-end transactions in California, such as a West Hollywood penthouse, a Carpinteria beach house, and a Newport Beach estate.

Across the top end of the market, Redfin says four of June’s most expensive homes sold for more than $40 million, and all 10 of the priciest homes sold for more than $30 million.
