Nicholas & Associates selected to build Aster Flats in Madison
The 263-unit, three-building luxury rental project will break ground in August and is expected to finish in February 2028.
Nicholas & Associates, the construction management and general contracting arm of the Nicholas Family of Companies, has been selected by Moyer Properties as the general contractor for Aster Flats, a 263-unit, three-building luxury rental community in Madison, Wisconsin. The project will be built on a 4.86-acre site.
According to ConnectCRE, the development is being designed by HKM Architects + Planners, Inc., and will include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 588 to 1,395 square feet.
ConnectCRE also said Nicholas & Associates will break ground in August, with construction proceeding in phases across the three buildings. Completion is anticipated in February 2028.
