Trezor executive disputes ZachXBT criticism of hardware wallets

The Block reports Trezor’s executive rejected ZachXBT’s characterization of hardware wallets, while ZachXBT said he would not use them for important signing or storage tasks.

The Block reports that ZachXBT, in comments made this week, argued against using hardware wallets for critical activities such as signing transactions and storing funds, calling the devices “complete garbage.”

In response, The Block says a Trezor executive pushed back on ZachXBT’s claim, asserting a different view on how hardware wallets should be evaluated and used.

The dispute centers on differing assessments of hardware wallets’ suitability for important crypto tasks, according to The Block.
