FIS Set for Q2 2026 Earnings on Aug. 4
Analysts project diluted EPS of $1.47 for Q2, up 8.1% from $1.36 in the year-ago quarter, after the stock fell 48.1% over the past 52 weeks.
Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., known as FIS, is scheduled to release its Q2 2026 earnings before the market opens on Tuesday, Aug. 4. The company is a financial technology provider with software, payment processing, and banking solutions for financial institutions, businesses, and capital markets participants, according to Yahoo Finance.
Ahead of the report, analysts expect diluted EPS of $1.47 for the quarter, an 8.1% increase from $1.36 in the year-ago period. For fiscal 2026, analysts project EPS of $6.28, up 9.2% from $5.75 in fiscal 2025, with EPS expected to rise to $6.87 for fiscal 2027.
Yahoo Finance also notes that FIS has met or exceeded Wall Street’s EPS estimates in three of its last four quarters, missing once. The stock, meanwhile, has declined 48.1% over the past 52 weeks, lagging the S&P 500’s 18.4% rise and the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF’s 34.5% gain.
On Jul. 16, shares rose 3.7% after FIS expanded its partnership with Anthropic by deploying the Mythos 5 AI model through Project Glasswing, aimed at strengthening the security of its payment and core banking software. Yahoo Finance says analysts are moderately bullish, with an overall Moderate Buy rating and a $55.25 average price target, implying 31.8% upside from current levels.
